Als Diensteanbieter bin ich gemäß § 7 Abs. 1 TMG für eigene Inhalte auf diesen Seiten nach den allgemeinen Gesetzen verantwortlich. Nach §§ 8 bis 10 TMG bin ich als Diensteanbieter jedoch nicht verpflichtet, übermittelte oder gespeicherte fremde Informationen zu überwachen oder nach Umständen zu forschen, die auf eine rechtswidrige Tätigkeit hinweisen.

Hosting und Zugriffsdaten (Squarespace)

Meine Website wird bei Squarespace Ireland Ltd. (Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Irland) gehostet. Squarespace verarbeitet technische Daten von Besuchern, um den Betrieb und die Sicherheit der Website zu gewährleisten. Dabei werden folgende Informationen automatisch beim Aufruf der Website erhoben:

  • IP-Adresse und ungefähre Ortsbestimmung

  • Datum und Uhrzeit der Anfrage

  • Browsertyp/-version, Betriebssystem, Bildschirmgröße

  • Referrer-URL (zuvor besuchte Seite)

  • Spracheinstellungen

Diese Daten sind notwendig, um die Website technisch bereitzustellen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die IP-Adresse wird spätestens nach Ende der Sitzung anonymisiert oder gelöscht.

Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis eines Vertrags zur Auftragsverarbeitung mit Squarespace. Es kann zu Datenübermittlungen in die USA an die Squarespace Inc. kommen. Diese sind durch das EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework sowie Standardvertragsklauseln abgesichert.

Keine Drittanbieter-Plugins

Auf dieser Website werden keine eingebetteten Inhalte wie Google Maps, YouTube oder Social-Media-Plugins verwendet. Es findet keine automatische Datenübermittlung an Dritte statt. Verlinkte externe Seiten werden erst beim Anklicken geladen und unterliegen den jeweiligen Datenschutzbestimmungen der Betreiber.

Speicherdauer

Personenbezogene Daten werden nur solange gespeichert, wie es für den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen. IP-Adressen werden nicht dauerhaft gespeichert. E-Mails werden gelöscht, sobald die Kommunikation abgeschlossen ist, es sei denn, sie sind im Rahmen eines Vertrags erforderlich.
